Starting a Job

Roopairs allows you or your technicians to start a job as soon as they arrive to the job site and begin working. Follow this step by step guide to learn how!

Start a Job

Navigate to the Jobs section of the dashboard and select the status the current job is in that you would like to cancel.

• Or click on Jobs on the left navigation bar and then select from the list of jobs the one you wish to cancel.
• Once you have selected your Job, verify the details of the Job are correct. To edit any of the Job details, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Edit Job. To learn what you can edit on an already existing job follow this help article HERE.
• Once you have verified and or edited the Job details you can scroll to the bottom of the page and click Start Job. This will start the job clock and move the job to the In Progress section of the job board.
• Once started, you are able to pause the Job at any time if the need arises by navigating to the Job and scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking Pause Job. If you want to learn more about pausing a Job or putting it on hold follow the instructions in the help article HERE.
