Creating a Part or Material

Roopairs allows you to create new Part or Material. Follow these steps to learn how!

Add New Part or Material

On the left hand side click on PriceBook.

• In the top right corner click + New Pricebook item.
• From the dropdown select Part or Material.
• Enter in the name used to describe this service in the Short Description section.
• Select whether this is an Inventory or Non-Inventory part.
• Enter in the Unit Cost and the Default Unit Price.
• Select whether this is a Taxable or Non Taxable service.
• At the very bottom of the page you can choose to enter in a Detailed Summary template if you wish too.
• Make sure to add your Vendor cost by clicking + Vendor Cost.
• Select your Vendor from the dropdown and then enter in the Vendor Cost and Vendor Part Number and click Save when finished.
• Review the items of your new Part or Material and click the green Create button at the bottom when finished.
