Approving or Declining an Estimate

Roopairs allows you to approve or decline existing Estimates. Follow this step by step guide to learn how!

Approve or Decline an Estimate

Navigate to the Estimates section of the dashboard and select the status the current Estimate is in that you would like to approve or decline.

• Or click on Estimates on the left navigation bar and then select from the list of Estimates the one you wish to approve or decline.
• Once you have selected your Estimate, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Mark as Approved or Mark as Declined.
• You can then enter in the comments section any notes needed regarding the approval or the reason for declining the Estimate. Then click Approve or Decline depending on which action you selected.
