Deleting, Voiding, or Forgiving an Invoice

Roopairs allows you to delete, void, or forgive existing Invoices. Follow this step by step guide to learn how!

Delete, Void, or Forgive an Invoice

Navigate to the Invoices section of the dashboard and select the status the current Invoice is in that you would like to delete, void, or forgive.

• Or click on Invoices on the left navigation bar and then select from the list of Invoices the one you wish to delete, void, or forgive.
• Once you have selected your Invoice, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Void Invoice or Forgive invoice.
• Enter in your reason for forgiving or voiding the invoice and then click Void or Forgive.
