Receiving Your Invoice

Service companies using Roopairs may send you invoices via email or text message.

  • Email: Includes the service company’s name, reply-to address, and a PDF invoice for viewing and downloading.

  • Text Message: Contains a link to view and pay the invoice.

Paying Your Invoice

  1. Open the Invoice – Click the link in the email or text message to access the digital invoice.

  2. Click “Pay Now” – Scroll to the bottom and select “Pay Now.”

  3. Enter Payment Details – Provide your card information and email, then select "Pay"

  4. Receive Confirmation – A confirmation email will be sent after payment.

  5. Download Invoice & Receipt – Save the invoice PDF and receipt for your records.
